Automatic ampoule washing, drying, filling and sealing line is designed for injection production, It is composed of KAQCL series ultrasonic bottle washing machine, MRSJ series hot air circulation tunnel sterilization oven, SFA series ampoule wire drawing filling and sealing machine, etc. Vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine can complete ultrasonic rough cleaning of bottles, bottle outer wall cleaning, three gas and three water cleaning inside the bottle, hot air circulation tunnel sterilization oven can be cleaned bottles drying, sterilization to heat source, ampoule bottle drawing filling and sealing machine can complete before filling nitrogen, filling after filling nitrogen filling and sealing function. This linkage line is equipped with foreign instruments, which can test, print and store process parameters online. Meanwhile, the filling machine is equipped with an isolation protection system, which meets the requirements of the new GMP and CGMP.
